Construction progress – As of the date of this report the following tasks have been completed since the last update
Phase 1: Complete
Phase 2:
Back ramp 80% complete
Front ramp 50% complete
Backfill and compaction 100% complete
All internal walls in basement and main level complete
Sewer and water service from street into building
All internal plumbing roughed in
Stairwells, landings, and elevator pit to main floor complete
Second floor bar joists are installed
Second floor metal decking complete
Designated stained glass windows removed from Athens
Note
Although the Sanctuary and Chapel building will be ready for occupancy on October 1st, the Social hall building will not be ready to host any activities in the month of October.
