Construction progress – As of the date of this report the following tasks have been completed since the last update:
Phase 1: All complete except for the following tasks:
· Replace bricks north side of the building
· Change order #11 (new 6/17): Electrical panel for A/C; mounting TVs in Sanctuary/Nursery; Exit sign in Chapel
· Brick in Gathering hall and Pastor’s office needs to be sealed.
· Additional outlets in secretary’s and Pastor’s offices.
Phase 2:
· Ramp, sidewalk, steps on East side towards Manse complete
· Opening from meeting hall into social hall deck complete with temporary door
· Front ramp 50% complete
· All walls in basement and main level complete
· 2 Stairwells built from basement to main level (needs flooring)
· Second floor trusses are being installed
· Designated stained glass windows removed from Athens
Milestone dates
· 9/12/17 – 9/29/17 (3 weeks) Organ install
· 10/1/17 – Occupancy (first service)
Note
Although the Sanctuary and Chapel building will be ready for occupancy on October 1st, the Social hall building will not be ready to host any activities in the month of October.
