Construction update 6/26/2018
As of the date of this report the following tasks have been completed since the last update
· All A/C condensers installed for furnaces
· Level 1 social hall complete except for punch list items
· Basement complete except for punch list items
· Level 3 complete except ½ flooring, baseboards and punch list items.
· Temporary Certificate of Occupancy received 6/12/2018.
· Permanent C/O will be issued when external work is complete.
