Construction update 4/22/2018
As of the date of this report the following tasks have been completed since the last update
- All four furnaces operational
- Basement floor painted (needs second coat)
- Additional underlayment installed on Social hall floor
- Vinyl floor complete in Social hall
- Baseboards complete in social hall
- Closet doors in Social hall installed
- Water line turned on
- Bathrooms on main level 90% complete
- Bathrooms in basement 60% complete
- Sprinkler system in fabrication, installation starting the week of 4/23
- Sheet rock finished and ready for painting in stairwells and 3rd level
- Final stair treads and risers installed and painted in all stairwells (need final coat)
