Construction progress – As of the date of this report the following phase-2 tasks have been completed since the last update
· Windows installation complete
· Spray foam insulation complete
· Sheetrock installed on lower level
· Heating systems and ductwork 75% complete
· Tree removed on south side
· Concrete sidewalks and apron to road poured
· Cultured stone installed around south ramp and front of building
· Siding installation 25% complete
Expected completion date for inside of social hall is 1/31/2018
