Construction update 11/27/17
Construction progress – As of the date of this report the following Phase 2 tasks have been completed since the last update:
· Roof 100% complete
· Fascia and soffits complete
· Stairwell towers and elevator framing complete
· Kitchen floor complete with poured epoxy
· Rough-in electrical complete
· Rough-in network cabling complete
· Rough-in plumbing complete
· All interior framing complete, ready for sheetrock
· Heating systems and ductwork 50% complete
· Roof sheeting complete
· Windows received, installation 20% complete
· Sheetrock subcontractor engaged, starting early December
· Spray foam insulation in attic scheduled for early December
