Construction progress – As of the date of this report the following phase-2 tasks have been completed since the last update
· East Ramp complete except gutters & downspouts
· 8’ drywell installed in north parking lot, underground downspout diverters installed to drywell
· 4’ drywell installed on south side of building and underground downspout diverters installed to drywell
· Parking lot filled with modified base and graded
· Concrete poured on front ramp – 60% complete
· Second floor decking complete
· Rafters for roof complete
· Roof sheeting complete
· Roofing 20% complete
· Gable ends studded and sheeted
· Concrete pad for A/C condensers poured on North side of building
· Kitchen cabinets ordered
· Kitchen equipment ordered
· Rough in electrical work 80% complete
· Rough-in plumbing work 80% complete
